What is a well-being coach?

A well-being coach is trained in four elements of health; mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. This enables them to take a holistic approach to support their clients overcome obstacles.  They go deeper into rooted beliefs that could limit you to reaching goals and living to your full potential. This is done by helping you cultivate habits that can improve overall health and happiness.  

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with me.  I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. 

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule an introductory session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
